Since 1996 Destination USA is the market leader in rental campervans and motorhomes in the USA. This is what you might have heard. But who is taking care of this accomplishment?
The most important part of the company's success are the motorhome and campervan specialists who are multi-lingual, service-oriented, and highly skilled.
The many many satisfied customers from all over the world and all parts of society give us the positive feedback and motivation to keep up the excellent work.
After all, our customers are the best advertisement for our business.
Many of our clients stopped by in our office to see and thank the specialists behind the e-mails. And many of our European customers dropped by with German chocolate and other goodies for the Germans in the company. Others called us to thank us for our recommendations and service. And others took the time to sit down after the trip and wrote an e-mail or letter and send some of them even sent pictures.

We got mentioned and recommended by Europe's largest magazines, newspapers and travel writers. Most of these recommendations are in German. But we found a nice article about us, written by th George Hobica. He wrote about us:

We travelled around Baja last November in a camper van and had a wonderful time. We hired the camper van from a company based in Los Angeles and they were happy to deliver the van to San Diego airport for us to collect and return. They are very experienced at renting vans that travel through Baja and give you good advice on insurance (you have to buy your Mexican insurance at the border). Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, travel dates, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your reservation. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your reservation.
The cancellation policy can be found on all the reservation forms and has to be agreed on by you through your signature.

Well what can I say?! Thank you so much for your kind offer - I really appreciate it. This will give me time to see how I fair, which will include seeing if the anti-inflammatory drugs do actually have the build up effect that my Doctor suggested they may. I am also off for a blood test this morning to confirm that this is actually the recurrence of the condition they think it is - it may yet be something different!
It's also good news that my girlfriend will be able to drive if necessary. For some reason I thought the required age was 23.
I really appreciate your offer as I realise that it represents a risk for yourselves, and yes please do contact me if someone else is interested in the Campervan in the interim period - and I will consider how I am at the time and let you know.
